Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
SKKEDULE (“SKKEDULE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by System Consultant Group (SCG). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use the SKKEDULE website, API, and ChatGPT MCP integration.
1. Information we collect
Information received through Google sign-in
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, Google account’s provider identifier used to create and maintain your SKKEDULE account, and identity provider name. We use Google sign-in only to authenticate you and associate your SKKEDULE data with your account.
Academic-planning information you provide
To provide personalized planning features, we may store admission year; selected majors and their priority; graduation requirements, total credits, remaining credits, and baseline earned credits; completed-course records; timetable names, selected course offerings, timetable status, and optional memos; regular schedule titles, times, locations, and optional memos; and feedback titles and feedback content that you submit.
Authentication and connection information
When you connect SKKEDULE through ChatGPT, we process OAuth authorization information and access or refresh tokens needed to authenticate MCP requests. We also use security-related identifiers and database IDs to keep accounts and records correctly separated.
Technical and operational information
We generate operational logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. These may include request method, response status, authentication state, session-header presence, processing duration, tool or service name, and error information.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Provide course discovery, graduation-planning, and timetable features
- Return requested information through the SKKEDULE website or ChatGPT integration
- Create, update, or delete records when you request those actions
- Respond to feedback and maintain the service
- Detect failures, investigate security issues, and improve reliability
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. How ChatGPT and the MCP integration use your data
SKKEDULE’s MCP server is an authenticated integration for ChatGPT. When you ask ChatGPT to use SKKEDULE, relevant request data is sent to SKKEDULE so it can perform the requested tool action.
Depending on the tool you invoke, SKKEDULE may return information such as your name, email address, majors, admission year, graduation requirements, completed courses, timetable data, course results, and related academic-planning information to ChatGPT.
Information returned to ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s terms and privacy practices. Do not use the integration to submit secrets or information that you do not want processed by both SKKEDULE and OpenAI.
4. When we share information
We do not sell personal information.
- Google, to provide Google OAuth sign-in.
- OpenAI/ChatGPT, when you choose to connect and use SKKEDULE through ChatGPT.
- Course-data sources, to obtain and refresh course and curriculum information. SKKEDULE may also provide links to relevant Everytime lecture-review pages. We do not send your personal academic profile or timetable to those sources as part of ordinary course-data refreshes.
- Service providers, where necessary to host, secure, or operate SKKEDULE.
- Authorities or other parties, when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
5. Cookies and tokens
SKKEDULE uses secure, HTTP-only authentication cookies for website sign-in. It also uses OAuth access and refresh tokens for the MCP connection. These credentials are used to maintain authenticated access and must not be shared with others.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and academic-planning information while your SKKEDULE account is active unless deletion is requested or retention is required for security or legal reasons.
You may delete your SKKEDULE account through the account-deletion feature. This deletes the local user account and associated user-owned planning data, including profile information, completed-course records, graduation requirements, timetables, regular schedules, and feedback records. Deleting a SKKEDULE account does not delete your Google account or revoke permissions held by Google.
Important implementation note: the current account-deletion route does not automatically remove separately stored MCP OAuth authorization and consent records. Publish a clear retention/deletion process for those records before launch, or implement their deletion with the account-deletion workflow.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access controls, OAuth authorization, signed tokens, and encrypted transport in production. No service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may update or remove much of your academic-planning information through SKKEDULE. You may disconnect SKKEDULE from ChatGPT through the relevant ChatGPT connection controls. For privacy requests or questions, use our Contact page.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
