Terms of Service

SKKEDULE provides tools for course discovery, academic-requirement planning, completed-course tracking, and timetable management. It may also be used through an authenticated ChatGPT MCP integration.

SKKEDULE is a planning aid. It is not an official university registration system, official degree-audit system, or academic-advising service.

You must provide accurate information when using SKKEDULE and keep your Google account and connected services secure.

You may not:

• Use SKKEDULE to violate applicable law or another party’s rights
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Interfere with the service, security controls, or MCP authentication flow
• Submit malicious content, automated abusive traffic, or content intended to compromise the service
• Rely on SKKEDULE to make official enrollment or graduation decisions

When you connect SKKEDULE to ChatGPT, ChatGPT may request information from SKKEDULE or perform actions on your behalf based on your prompts.

Some actions can change your saved data, including academic profiles, graduation requirements, completed courses, and timetables. Actions that delete timetables or timetable items may be irreversible. Review your requests and any confirmation prompts carefully.

You are responsible for prompts and instructions you give to ChatGPT while using the SKKEDULE connection.

Course offerings, schedules, curriculum information, lecture links, and graduation calculations can change or contain errors. SKKEDULE does not guarantee that information is complete, current, or suitable for a particular academic decision.

Before registering for courses or making graduation-related decisions, verify all information with official Sungkyunkwan University systems and the appropriate university office.

SKKEDULE uses or links to third-party services, including Google, OpenAI/ChatGPT, institutional course-data sources, and potentially Everytime. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SKKEDULE, including features, data sources, and the MCP integration, when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKKEDULE is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of course and academic-planning information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, System Consultant Group (SCG) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or academic losses arising from use of or inability to use SKKEDULE, including decisions based on course, timetable, or graduation-planning information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using SKKEDULE at any time and may delete your SKKEDULE account through the service. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the service or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
